Did you know spirulina is actually a consumable seaweed, which gives this mask it's amazing green color?
Mud Masks are known to improve blood circulation under the skin, cleanse skin of dirt and impurities, moisturize and refresh tired skin and make the skin appear brighter, softer and clearer.
1. Using 3 teaspoons of water and 2 teaspoons of mask powder, mix until you reach a thick mud like consistency.
You can also use yogurt, mashed up banana or avocado in place of water You may have to adjust the amount of yogurt/banana/avocado to get the right consistency. Optional: Add one or two drops of your favorite essential oils before applying.
2. Apply liberally all over face avoiding eyes, nose and mouth. Tip: A brush is a more simple and a less messy way to apply to your face.
3. Relax, soak your feet, drink some tea until it feels dry and starts to crack.
4. Rinse face well with water and moisturize as usual. Each face mask powder package should give you about 3 uses Note: Some ingredients may stain clothes , wash rags and towels.
