At this time, we do not accept returns or fulfill exchanges. However, we are aware that issues do arise, and if you have any serious problems or questions about your order, we ask that you contact us immediately, and we will do what we can to make it right. Any inquiries received 30 days after the date your order shipped will be considered expired and void.

Damages and issues
Occasionally, items do receive damage in the shipping process. If you have faced this issue, we would like to hear about it. Please send an image of the damage to us within 30 days so we can determine if the items are damaged beyond usability.
Please always inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue.
Certain items, such as special orders or wholesale orders, can not be replaced under any circumstances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
