We are currently shipping every Tuesday and Friday only. Orders will ship either the Tuesday or Friday after your order is submitted. There are currently no other days that we are shipping, but keep checking back to see if there are any changes to our schedule.
Shipping cost
Shipping is currently a flat rate of $10 per order.
We are (as of May 2025) providing free shipping on orders over $75! Offer automatically applied at checkout. This is subject to change at any time.
Adding or removing items from an order
Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.
Canceling an order
If you need to cancel your entire order, please email maesoapshop@gmail.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. Please note: We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.
Tracking an order
Missing or lost packages
Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but we can not guarantee delivery times.
In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost, we recommend first checking with your local postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. We also recommend asking neighbors and even other members of your household to see if they may have received it by mistake. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email maesoapshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
